I’m Gaurav Wadhwa — once a corporate success story, now a seeker of something deeper.

climbed the ladder, earned the degrees, lived the life that looked perfect from the outside… yet inside, I was quietly breaking.

Then life brought me to my knees. I lost everything — career, health, relationships, finances or even my sense of direction. Everything… (of course except my breath :D)
in that stillness, at rock bottom, I finally met myself.

From there, I rebuilt — slowly, honestly, courageously.  And life opened up in ways I never imagined. I found meaning, peace, and the freedom of simply being me.

Today, it’s my purpose to guide others on the same journey —  to remember who they are,
to rise with honesty and courage,  to build a life that feels as good as it looks.

Because here’s what life taught me:  You are life. Life is not you.  And you have the power to shape it in any direction you choose.

And beyond the coach in me… I’m someone who loves writing, travelling the world, laughing at lame jokes, partying with my favorite people, and having long, heartfelt conversations about life — love knowing different people stories and experiences.
